Analysis – Facebook is the gold standard for social media in terms of users and functionality. It, through its general network could never be the social media for business. Despite this, it is in my opinion currently the most effective platform for marketing and growing a company. Our job will be to learn how to model what has worked with Facebook in regard to their paid marketing campaign system, social feed private groups, story features, and chats/calls systems.
Product Development – Facebook’s general feed was not there to buy and sell companies. Certainly, there are plenty of private Facebook groups for buying/selling companies that essentially create mini-marketplaces. We created a centralized marketplace that offers a universally shared drive, CRM. It also offers task management system, and calendar to speed the sales cycle. The training program and SaaS product provide a profitable way to grow the marketplace rather than what Facebook is currently doing with its private groups.
Marketing Strategy – Create JV partnerships with marketplace group leaders. Learn how to set up an ad campaign platform similar to Facebook so we can charge our sellers within our platform. Develop a story feature that can be used to track the engagement per workgroup/ industry. Run ads for our various clients on the platform.
