Product Development – We have a functional CRM that can manage an uncapped number of pipelines per workgroup. We have a general crm that we can use for long form follow up that can be replicated in any niche. We can check the leads entered into the CRM and can track and task into custom built pipelines based upon our customers prefaces. An SOP needs further development to help automate the process of training new customers on how to build out their custom pipelines.

 
Marketing Strategy – Directly sell the fact that we have a CRM and custom pipeline builder while also having the support of a community, marketplace, education and recruiting center.
