Analysis of Dan Lok
One of the original sales recruiter trainers. Dan Lok pioneered the term “High Ticket Closer.” He was able to establish a “cult like following” of students to add his branding to their LinkedIn profiles to seek employment from influencers. Criticism of the training included empty promises in regards to delivering the closers with actual paying jobs. We plan to deliver a solution to this gap while also replicating the success. Branding our students as “Acquisition Consultants” will open a new channel of marketing to attract buyers and sellers. We also solve the job problem by having replicable and scalable consulting niches in 8 defined markets with a process in place to acquire leads through the system through additional fees.
Product Development
We already have our consulting training built into the app. An accountability system ensures that our students have the ability to ask questions from the executive team about how to become more effective in the market. Once consultants are trained they can be onboarded into the CRM to start working. Processes will need to be put in place to scale the number of sales agents we allow into the CRM while also increasing the number of marketing partners to continue driving the leads.
Marketing Strategy
Target former High ticket closers to become Acquisition Consultants. Run ads to attract motivated sales people to download our $100 program. Ascend customers to our Closer to Consultant program which will charge $5,000-$10,000 + $100/M subscription for the CRM/ consulting training.
