The founder of Scaling with System has an M/A legal background, understands how to scale the processes of companies to help them grow. Leverages systems to hire outsourced labor to reduce costs while also increasing client acquisition for remote consulting companies. An expert at referring software stacks we believe there is a huge opportunity in the future to teach our unique stack to this audience to help reduce costs while also increasing efficiency. We will have to build a network of case studies of companies using our software while also developing a sufficient track record of training consultants on how to replicate prescribing the stack to companies to successfully complete the JV. 

Product Development

We have our Integrator training outlined but we have not started selling the program. After we begin generating revenue for our $100/Yr SaaS product we can upsell users interested in becoming expert AN Integrators to a 5-10K program that goes into detail about the 41 unique features that our software stack provides that many other consultants simply do not have access to, our training program will put us in position to acquire more companies, place more outsourced labor while also increasing our ability to increase cashflow and valuation for resell within the system. 

Marketing Strategy

Use the $100/Yr SaaS product to effectively generate leads for our 5-10K AN Integrator program. Successfully train a network of integrators to convert companies to use our unique software stack. Create a replicable model to track results and case studies for companies that convert to our stack.
