Analysis – Skool is our biggest potential competitor due to the size of their customer base, their advanced marketing and scale of their current product. Skool’s core purpose was to make it easier for coaches and consultants to build communities around their educational products. Their app is not complete yet but their desktop offers a social network, gamification and aesthetically pleasing education. We will need to differentiate ourselves from not just being an educational platform but a marketplace and tool for business. Key differentiating factors from us and Skool is the fact that we offer a shared CRM, drive, calendar, and task management planner in addition to branded consulting training from defined niches from paid service providers. Despite this Skool has the capability to replicate development at a rapid rate which is why it’s time for us to complete our final processes, secure a few more partners and launch the product.
Product Development – We need to improve our onboarding, education and overall customer experience and branding strategy if we want to be able to compete with Skool
Marketing Strategy – Brand ourselves as the marketplace to get clients/ get deals done rather than a community to learn new skills. We created a deal facilitation network. Join for $100/yr. We created the social media for business, everything you need in one place. The Future of Doing Business is Now.
