Analysis – The #1 video conference software we use zoom everyday to meet with clients to demo the software. Zoom saw a massive spike in revenue following Covid and will continue to do so. We have completing over 170 $28,000 transactions for 10 companies primarily on zoom. Moreover, we intend to teach the next generation how to sell businesses through video conferences as a flagship aspect of our consulting training program. However, we do have a feature that eventually can create a dent in the video conference market. We have the ability to make video calls directly within the app that can be recorded with memos. As more users log onto the network everyday the less customers will need zoom as a part of their daily work habits.
Product Development – Key features we need to integrate is the ability to quickly and easily screen share. We also need to make it easy to share external links to customers. Once we master the external link our ability to scale through demonstrations will be exponential.
Marketing Strategy – Our video conferencing feature will be sold to sellers looking to schedule webinars on our app with networks of buyers and consultants. We also will market the feature as an easier way to close deals to our consultants.
